Ordered the new part from AppliancePartsPros.com
The first part I ordered was the wrong one. So I called and talked to a gentleman named Bill and after I could not find the specific replacement part #, he was kind enough to look it up for me himself and put in the order for the correct part. Since this was on Thursday, May 21 and the Memorial Day weekend was coming up, I didn't think I would get the new part until at least May 26th. But the next day I was very surprised to see the box from AppliancePartsPros.com on my front porch. That is what I call customer service which is so lacking in a lot of businesses these days. Thank you to Bill and the company for being such a huge help to me.
