Your video was great. But I had a problem. The auger shaft had moved forward and wore a hole through the tray. The end of the shaft was protruding about 1/8 the inch outside of the tray so that the auger assembly was trapped, I.e. It could not be lifted vertically. Another look at your video confirmed that the shaft wasn't supposed to be sticking through the tray. Hammer and pull as I might the shaft would not budge. Your video confirmed that if I cut the tray to allow vertical movement of the shaft end the ice maker would not leak. So using my Dremel I cut a 2in. Slot the width of shaft, problem solved! We're making ice again, but my fingers are crossed.
