Received my cooktop in 3 days. Within 30 minutes I had it unboxed, installed and working. Very easy to install. I removed the cooktop from the counter, then I removed the screws holding the glass. Next I installed new glass and put cooktop back in counter. Installed the knobs and was back in service. Most importantly is safety so always turn off breaker that feeds the appliance you are working on and as in my case be very careful handling broken glass so use a good pair of leather gloves or other cut resistant gloves.
