Eston F Metairie , LA August 09, 2014 Appliance: Model EF368CA Broken handle on elec stove This was an easy fix: Requires a screwdriver and 10 minutes. The old handle broke where the screw tightens into the plastic of the handle. It was literally falling off thus easy off; then put new handle in place and tighten the existing screws.
