Amazed at the amount of parts to this freezer tray - it takes removing just about everything to get to the helix. The helix itself doesn't exactly pop in all that well. Be careful not to break the small amount of plastic above the tabs that hold the helix in. Thanks to the other posts reminding me to be diligent about remembering the order of the augers.
