Like most people I was reluctant to order the part I needed from the Internet. I have to admit that after keying in my model number, you provided such a simple informative video on how to repair my refrigerator I couldn't resist ordering the part from you. The price was such a bargain I also ordered a water filter.
Now I understand that this may not always be the case, but you told me it would take about two days to receive it.....and that is exactly how long it took!!!! (Very happy about that).
