Pulled out the drawer and the one above. Used a screwdriver to help release the locking tabs on the stationary part of the lid. Bent the stationary part upwards to remove it from the channel on each side, then pulled it out. The new one slides in place until it snaps. Couldn't be easier. Total time maybe 5 minutes.
