Received new part in 3 days! Extremely easy to replace - remove two screws and slide off old part, unplug heater wire and then reverse process to install new part. Best of all, this replacement appear to be a tremendous improvement over old part- no more stupid spring which never worked correctly and broke frequently. Remains to be seen how the new device will hold up, due to the spring being replaced by a hidden mechanism so dk how it works.
