I discovered that the flapper which seals the space between the two french doors on our refrigerator was not springing back into position after my wife found unknown plastic pieces on the shelf. Everywhere on line said the part was discontinued except APP, which directed me to the available replacement. I talked to Samantha who was confident that the new part would fit and then promptly took my order. The part arrived in two days and took ten minutes to install. Did I mention that the part price and shipping cost was the best. This is my third experience with APP and each one has been great for me.
