The shelf support was broken for 5 years(!) I had to stack stuff under it in order to hole it up. I finally got fed up and in searching discovered that I could buy the little support to fix it. I only needed one support but the package included all 4.
They just slipped over the protrusion and 'poof' it was fixed! Gee what took me so long? What a relief.
