When I received my replacement switch from Appliance Parts Pros. First, I shut off the power to the Jenn-Air cooktop. Secondly, I removed the burner element and flipped the switch over, and took a snapshot of the wiring diagram. Then, removed the old switch and (following the snapshots exact terminal locations) I replaced it with the new switch. Next, I re-installed the burner element and turned the power back on, and the switch works perfectly.
