I watched the video on appliancepartspros.com and followed his instructions. I removed the top rack then unscrewed the broken part and used the old screw and washer to screw in the new part. The instructional video made it so easy. I am not handy at all. I am usually the one who breaks things and my husband fixes them. If Appliance Parts Pros carries the part, I watch the video and fix it myself. I have done repairs on the dishwasher, refrigerator, and the dryer (more than once).
