Customer Correspondence Specialist, realized what I was trying to do and contacted me by email, explaining that they no longer made those wheels without buying the whole rack system. But he said he'd be able to sell me just the wheels (and they were cheaper than the ones I'd just ordered), and wanted my permission to change my pending order.
