WOW - you did what you stated would be done. I ordered the part on Sunday afternoon and had it on Tuesday morning before 10 AM. That's the quickest service I've ever had.
No tools were required to fix the problem. I simply had to remove the broken plate, clean the microwave and place the new plate inside.
