I ordered the Upper Dishrack Adjuster Kit from AppliancePartsPros.com. The instructional video on their site was very easy to follow (and SOOOO much better than some of the other youTube videos online)! I followed the steps and it was fixed in about 15 minutes, and working great! Thank you!
