After checking the manual that came with my 11 yr old Kenmore dishwasher, I thought I had identified the correct three parts I needed. I checked the Sears parts website and was confused by the picture of one of the parts: it wasn't quite the same shape?! Was it the right part? Not sure. Found the Appliance Parts Pros website, and WOW! There's a video showing how to repair the exact problem I had! By watching the video I felt confident I could make the repair. It also showed exactly what the parts looked like, gave a link for ordering, AND the gentleman in the video said the third part was no longer needed due to a redesign. So I only needed 2 parts. What a great customer service! I'll definitely use this site again for any of my appliance parts. I was really impressed. Ladies, give it a try! You CAN do simple repairs.
