Somehow my Whirlpool dishwasher spray arm and supply tube broke. The plastic literally snapped. I tried to glue it back with Gorilla glue but it didn't hold due to the high heat... so in a few weeks I had the same problem again. I ordered both the Spray Arm and Supply Tube Kit and the Upper Spray Arm Mount Assembly. BTW I also ordered the Wash Arm Tube Holder not knowing that one came with the Spray Arm and Supply Tube Kit (NO BIG DEAL). The on-line videos with your website made the repair work extremely easy. The old Upper Spray Arm Mount Assembly was a little different than the new one. The video made it clear that the new one didn't need to be capped. Shipping was quick. Cost was minimal. I couldn't be happier.
