The repair was straight forward. I am only writing this to tell you that I very much enjoyed the lengths that your company has gone to. The interactive exploded views drawings with connection to the part and price is exceptional. And it is further driven by this questionnaire regarding the repair that I did. The level of service this provides is above the mark! I have been wanted to create a similar service with our incubation equipment and parts they use.
