This was so easy and took less than five minutes. I found your website through a Google search, typed in my dishwasher model number, and quickly found the parts I needed. Your easy-to-follow repair videos and parts diagrams were a big help! I ordered the parts from your website and received them just a few days later. I saw from your videos that I just had to slip off the end caps of the rails supporting the top rack, slide out the broken wheels, snap off the broken clips from the top rack, snap the new wheel assemblies onto the rack, slide the top rack (with the new wheel assemblies) back in the rails, and pop the rail end caps back on. No tools needed! Great website-great service-would definitely order appliance parts from you again.
