Robin W Spokane , WA November 28, 2016 Built in microwave would program when starting the microwave the timer would count down but the microwave would not start Removed control panel cover and discovered that the door micro switch was bad. It was obvious since the small spring loaded tab that is activated by the door latch was moving freely with no spring back. Easy replacement.
