The Igniters within burners worked but no gas was reaching the burners. After shutting off the gas, the old Regulator was removed. The new regulator was installed after plumbing Tape was used on the threads. Checked for bubbles/gas leaks on the regulator by applying soapy water on the threads. Turned the gas back on, turn on the stove - fixed!
