After looking at the parts diagram on the website, it seemed to me the only logical thing it could be was the igniter module since all 4 burners would not light. I ordered a new part, even though the back of my stove was different than what I saw in the help videos, once I had the back panel off, I could see the part and then it was an easy repair.
