Victoria U Double Oak , TX October 28, 2014 Appliance: Model JENN AIRE A 100 Burners were only partially working I replaced both burner modules. I called on Friday afternoon and talked to Danny (Danielle) who was VERY knowledgable and made sure that I ordered the correct modules. The modules were delivered THE NEXT DAY!!!
