I ordered a new circulation pump from appliance pros and replaced it and now it is working fine.
just a note to others with this problem if you would run the cleaning cycle using the cleaner regularly
which i didnt i probably would not have had this problem. it only took a couple of days to get the
pump and took about 30 minutes to replace
