Donna C Plandome , NY November 25, 2016 Clips etc had broken over time and it needed to be fixed because it was becoming difficult to put dishes in Easy..removed old ones ..put in new it was great!!Also it was delivered in 1 ..I was SO pleased.. and the person that helped me was informative and efficient..
