Tamara K Richmond , MI April 06, 2014 Clips on top rack of washer were worn out. Top rack would fall off..down Ordered the clips that we easy to find on line. They can within a few days..and replaced them myself..didn't wait for my husband. Hardest part was getting the end caps off the metal rack to replace the rollers and clips. They fit in there spmehow.
