There is nothing you can't do given the right YouTube video! We disassembled the bottom mount freezer n our Jenn Air refrigerator to remove all the ice and then located the clogged grommet on the back of the unit and cleared it and added a notch. In the process of reassembling we broke the bracket on a part that should have been the easiest portion of the entire installation! In seconds we located and ordered the part on your site. It arrived in a couple of days and then we removed the door and baskets once again and popped the piece right into place after just a bit of a struggle; probably not holding my tongue in the right corner of my mouth or something like that.
