Checked, removed rear upper cover, checked transformer found, secondary open, called Samsung service they stated would be about 2-3 weeks before they could come out to look at problem. also said service call charge would be about 150 dollars, I said a call would be unnecessary, so I looked and found part on your site, ordered and installed within a weeks time, working fine. thank you.
