With help of Appliances parts tech support i found it was the damper and or main board,
I decided to play safe and change both in so doing it now works great.
Price of parts were half of what was quoted by technicians.

p.s. Repair took longer only because of the rediculous design of refrigerator, actual changing of parts was about 20 minutes.
