Compressor relay was not working

By ordering part from you and watching video u provided on line I first ordered part from encumpass and they said it was in stock when I ordered it after a week I called to find out where it was they said it hadnt arrived to them yet but this was a week after I placed my order so I called you part was shipped same day I received it very next day! Freezer was working again 10 minutes after part arrived
