I called in explained the problem and the CSR / Tech believed the problem to be the starter (Start-Dev) in the compressor. He explained their return policy (365 day no hassle), but I did not need it.
Part took all of 10 min to install including R&R of the rear fiber access panel.
Ref started right up and works fine
