Remove rear dust panel and grill to expose compressor and fan. Three 1/4 bolts hold fan in place from rear, need to "reach around and feel" used a 1/4" ratchet but nut driver would work as well to remove old fan/bracket. Disconnect electrical connection. On new fan, push fan blade onto fan shaft. New fan comes with 3 mounting arms and rubber bushings. Insert rubber bushings into old screw holes on the refrigerator, push new mounting arms through, hook end first. Use old 1/4" mounting bolts to connect the new arms to the the fan housing, tighten with nut driver. Reconnect electrical connector, gather wires and secure with supplied wire ties. Replace dust cover and grill.
