James K Lansing , KS May 18, 2020 Control knob would not turn the timer assembly, because the teeth on both the timer and knob were worn. Replaced both the timer and control knob assembly. Watching the videos prior to doing the replacement was exceptionally helpful - especially because they show potential hidden problems (locking tabs, locking clips, etc.) that aren't readily apparent unless you watch the videos to see them. 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
