I was able to replace the control panel and the heating element myself thanks to the awesome walkthrough video on your website. I have never repaired an appliance before and was able to replace the control panel easily but when no hot air came out I figured the heating element was toast. The video demystified the process for me and showed me exactly what to do. Once the heating element was replaced, everything worked.
While I certainly would never try and guess work appliance repairs on my own, I certainly would have high confidence in the guides and walkthroughs that you have put together here.
