I disassembled the door panel using a T15 torx driver to remove the screws around the inside of the door. I was then able to remove the four screws holding the display panel and replaced it. I had also ordered the part labeled "cover" because the handle behind the display was also cracked. The "cover" is the piece behind the handle, not the handle itself so I had to return that part. The handle ended up being part of the door panel and could not be purchased separately. I decided to not replace the door panel because it was cost-prohibitive. We will deal with a cracked handle.
