After deciding that the damper control was at fault and needed to be replaced, I looked up the part on AppliancePartsPros.com, watched the video which was very helpful and ordered a new damper control. Delivery was quick, FedEx delivered on Saturday. My wife held the flashlight (unplugged refrigerator as video said) and the removal and installation went just like the video. Only took a few minutes, so we didn't have to unload the food. I have a max-min thermometer and the temperature is holding closer to the set point than it did before. Wife is happy and the beer is cold!
