My washer kept getting off balance when spinning and caused it to continue to run and spin over and over and then give error code DC for off balance load. I replaced these suspension rods in less than 20 min and problem is fixed. This was easy. The hardest part was just accessing the back top of the machine to unscrew it a bit. But only had to tip washer forward to access.
