Replaced all 4 suspension rods. Washer would hit the 21 minute mark and would restart the entire cycle. We would change it to spin cycle. Spin cycle starts at 12 minutes, it would run until the 9 minute mark then it would restart at 17 minutes. Im glad I found this site full of other reviews. The existing suspension rods looked perfectly fine even after removal. The new ones fixed it! Very easy to do!
