I ordered a defrost time from AppliancePartsPros standard shipping on day x and on day x+1 the part arrived. I noticed when I removed the old timer that the case had melted around the last two
push on connectors. These connectors switch the compressor during defrost mode. One push on spade connector had the insulation burned at then top where the wire a crimped to the spade.
so I cut the spade of and soldered the wire to the timer. Installed the timer and all is well. I checked the timer about 4 days later and stll all is wee.
