Rack was rusting in spots after 12 years of use. Ordered a new upper rack from AppliancePartsPros.com. Their price was good and the rack was received via regular freight in just a few days. The following uTube video showed me how to remove the end caps on the rack slider: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4Wgq6MPg5w . Removing the spray arm assembly from the old rack was a bit worrisome, as I was concerned the plastic snap-on part of the spray arm might break. I used a side cutter to cut the rack and gently removed the spray arm. Installing the spray arm on the new rack was a bit difficult. I kept trying to push it in place and finally after several tries it snapped in place. It is working well.
