I was able to find the part due to AppliancePartsPros comprehensive parts listing: and a little help from their community forums.
1. Remove the end piece off the rail.
2. You remove the old dish rack roller.
3. Attach the new roller to the basket.
4. Slide the new roller into the rail
5. Reattach the rail end piece
Couldn't be happier.
