Steven G San Francisco , CA September 29, 2014 Appliance: Model GE POTSCRUBBER 680 Dishwasher door dropping open After removing the bottom panel of the dishwasher, I found there were two cables connected by two springs, and that these create the tension and resistance on the door when opening it. One of the cables was broken. I ordered two new cables.
