I cleaned the screen and filter really good...full internal disassembly and cleaning... dishes still not dry after short cycle... i watched a video on checking the heater coil... my coil checked out ok...digging deeper, i watched a video on checking the high limit thermostat...upon inspection, there was a burnt wire at one of the high limit thermostat terminals...i removed the HLT... tested it and it failed a continuity test... i crimped on a new connecter and replaced the high limit thermostat... ran a full test cycle and my dishes came out clean and dry... it was really easy to do with the videos on this website.. and my parts were overnighted..my first dishwasher repair was a success...
