I bought both racks for the GE dishwasher.from AppliancePartsPros.com. The bottom rack installation was very simple - remove the old one a put the new one into the dishwasher. The upper rack was a different story. The upper rack has an attachment that connects to the water supply for for the dishwasher as the dishes are being washed. I just removed the parts from the old rack and installed them on the new rack. I had the tools needed to make the change.
