Replaced the dishwasher pump with a replacement from Appliance Parts Pros and followed the video instructions. Was exactly like the video except the wires on my unit were connected in reverse from what was in the video - the red wire was in the back and the red/white multiple wires connected in the front. I ended up following the instructions from the video (thus connecting them in reverse of what it had been originally) and the pump worked great....so assume it must not really matter which wire goes on which connection.
