The tine repair kit, with the tips and vinyl paint was easy to use and worked very well. I applied two coats of the vinyl paint to all of the rusted areas after removing the rust. Tine pivots were an easy fix; snap in place and on the way. For about $100 I did a make-over on my dishwasher racks and I should be good to go for another 10 years.
