Michael B Wellington , FL December 29, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDK03ITWH0 2 broken "wheel and mount assemblies" (same side) and a few misc upper basket plastic part were broken With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. The 2 wheel and mount assemblies were a little more complicated. The video on the website advises to disconnect the supply line and drain line... I didn't have to do this. I just pulled the dishwasher out of its cabinet a little over a foot and removed the 2 screws holding each assembly in place and removed them. The previous gaskets (2 PER ASSEMBLY) seemed to be in perfect condition and remained stuck to the inside wall of the dishwasher... so I left them in place and replaced the assemblies and then replaced and tightened the screws holding the assemblies in place. I then carefully slid the dishwasher back to its original position and replaced the 2 screws into the underside of the counter. Then replaced the top rack... DONE! This repair was pretty easy. In terms of the "challenging" rating, I gave it a 2 mainly because the repair wasn't totally brainless and required a little common sense. Matthew L Woodridge , IL February 08, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDP02CRBL4 Loud moan/grinding type noise while wash cycle was running I ordered the part on Friday morning and it was delivered on Saturday morning. I wasn't expecting it until Monday so I was happy to have the weekend to work on the repair. I was able to diagnose the issue and view a video of the part being installed so I already had my gameplan in mind. Installation was a snap and there were no surprises. The part was a perfect fit and the machine runs as good as new again. Thanks so much for the excellent service, phone support for my questions and the ultra fast shipping. Leslie R Conroe , TX June 10, 2016 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDB03CTBS0 Dishwasher racks were rusting and the upper rack tines were missing pivots The tine repair kit, with the tips and vinyl paint was easy to use and worked very well. I applied two coats of the vinyl paint to all of the rusted areas after removing the rust. Tine pivots were an easy fix; snap in place and on the way. For about $100 I did a make-over on my dishwasher racks and I should be good to go for another 10 years. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours Tools: Pliers
