Checked online forums to diagnose issue. After reviewing multiple sites, it sounded like the control board had a relay go bad. This particular relay controlled the water heater and the machine continued to wait for the water to get hot enough to rinse and sanitize, which never happened. I looked up the part number on Google and found it on multiple sites. Appliance Parts Pro was slightly higher than everyone else, but their return policy was second to none. After seeing this, I chose to go with them. Once I placed the order, the part arrived 2 days later (just as they advised!). The part was the exact same as the OEM board. It took me about 45 min to install and it worked perfect again, just like new! The only tool required to install was a Torq (hex head) driver and a flat head screwdriver.
