Bart B N. Ogden , UT December 27, 2016 Dishwasher would not start All of the buttons except the start button worked fine so I suspected a door latch problem. When I took the door apart I found the latch handle was broken on one side. My assumption was the broken handle was not engaging the door switch correctly causing the dishwasher to not start because it registered as not being lactched close. I rep,ace the broken handle expecting that to resolve the problem. Unfortunately that did not correct the problem so I ordered a new control panel. Viola, the problem was resolved with the new panel. Total time to replace both parts was under 15 minutes and cost was around $170, which is far cheaper than a new dishwasher or the $300 a repairman would have charged me.
