My son installed the drain pump we purchased from you just to find out that wasn’t the problem. The supposedly “expert” that originally came out to fix a different problem installed some type of valve which prevented my dishwasher from draining. I must say, though, I am so impressed with your telephone people and your service. The lady on the phone was so helpful and professional. I will always use your company for my appliance parts needs.
